1) Information we collectFrom your QuickBooks Online company (as you configure it):Billing contact data: customer name, email address, next payment date for recurring sales receipts, and (optionally) the transaction amount and template identifiers.
Account/record references: record IDs, timestamps, and status fields needed to run the reminder workflow.
From your use of the Service: Operational data: workflow run times, delivery status (e.g., email sent/skipped/bounced), and minimal logs for troubleshooting. Communications: replies to reminder emails and message metadata necessary to deliver and receive messages.We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or your QuickBooks credentials. From our website (typical web data): Device/usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type/version, pages viewed, time on page).Cookies & similar tech (see “Cookies & tracking” below).
2) How we use informationWe use the information above to:Send payment reminders before a recurring sales receipt is processed.Operate, secure, and improve the Service (including monitoring for errors and performance).Comply with law and enforce terms, prevent fraud, and protect our users.We do not sell personal information.
