1) Information we collectFrom your QuickBooks Online company (as you configure it):Billing contact data: customer name, email address, next payment date for recurring sales receipts, and (optionally) the transaction amount and template identifiers.
‍Account/record references: record IDs, timestamps, and status fields needed to run the reminder workflow.
‍From your use of the Service: Operational data: workflow run times, delivery status (e.g., email sent/skipped/bounced), and minimal logs for troubleshooting. Communications: replies to reminder emails and message metadata necessary to deliver and receive messages.We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, or your QuickBooks credentials. From our website (typical web data): Device/usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type/version, pages viewed, time on page).Cookies & similar tech (see “Cookies & tracking” below).
